Any items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Return Request Timeline
You must notify us of your intent to return an item within 7 business days of receiving it.
Please email support@morvyn.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return Window
Returns must be received by us within 7 business days from the delivery date.
Any returns received after this period will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or "Sale Ending Tonight"
are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
A fixed $15 restocking fee applies to all supplement returns due to safety and compliance requirements.
